David is a Chattanooga native who recently returned home after many years in Southern California, drawn back by the opportunity to be closer to the large family that has always been an important part of his life. What began as a return during a family emergency became a rediscovery of the city, he had always called home. He found a Chattanooga that had grown, evolved, and become one of the most desirable places to live in the Southeast—and he fell in love with it all over again.

Throughout his career, David has been drawn to work that combines thoughtful problem-solving with meaningful human connection. Whether helping people navigate challenges, building trust, or finding creative solutions, he has always believed that relationships come first.

His professional journey has been anything but conventional. During his years in Southern California, David attended college while building a diverse career that included working in the film industry, teaching, and serving as a community organizer. Each role strengthened his ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and guide people through important life decisions—skills that now serve his real estate clients every day.

When David returned to Chattanooga, he recognized an opportunity to combine his passion for people with his appreciation for the city. Real estate became the natural next chapter.
